French Toast Breakfast Sandwich

Introduction: French Toast Breakfast Sandwich

So i wake up i want a breakfast sandwich and french toast and can't decide between the two so.... this is what happened and here is how to make it.
2 eggs
2 slices of bread
your choice of breakfast meat i would either use bacon or ham but if you want something else go ahead
cheese again i would go with American, mozzarella or Cheddar, but if you want swiss or whatever else don't let me hold you back
if you want syrup that's ok but i didn't put any on mine
You'll also need
a panini maker i used a george forman grill for best results but you could use a stove cooking will just take a little longer.
time 10 mins

Step 1: Cracking Eggs

crack two eggs into a bowl large enough for the bread to fit in and pour about a tablespoon of milk in it and beat the eggs.

Step 2: Cut the Cheese and Get Your Meat/meats

yep just as the title says cut the cheese

Step 3: Dip the Bread in the Eggs and Cover Both Sides

take the bread and coat them in the eggs

Step 4: Form the Sandwich and Put on the George Forman

put the meat and cheese on the bread and make the sandwich then put it on the forman or stove

Step 5: Weild the Forman

cook it until it is a dark golden brown because we are only cooking one side of each slice of bread let it cook a little llonger so the inside gets cooked too. then you are done congrats you have made a french toast breakfast sandwich!

This looks so delicious! Im going to fix this for breakfast in the morning, hope my husband will like this. He is tired of breakfast so I need to make changes, and I reviewed this and it looks fast and easy!

That looks real tasty ! I make something similar that I call cheater stuffed french toast. I soak the bread in an egg and cream mix then cook on a buttered griddle pan just like usual french toast when I flip the first piece I add the "filling" , one kid like peanutbutter and jelly, one liked cream cheese and jelly or pineapple slices and one liked just marshmallowspread, then the other piece of bread goes on browned side down and finally the whole sandwich is flipped so the last side can be browned. We never thought to try and eat it like a sandwich and I'm going to have to try the george forman method !
