Fun Sonic Grenade - Annoy Your Friends!

Introduction: Fun Sonic Grenade - Annoy Your Friends!

About: From time to time one of my many projects will reach some state of completion. A smaller proportion of those have a mostly linear method that I can trace back to a purpose. Of those, some I document, and end...

the holidays had just started and i needed something to do, so i had a look on instructables and found this:https://www.instructables.com/id/Sonic-Grenade-from-Mostly-Scavenged-Parts/ i decided to make my own but it had to do a few things for it to be any good:
1. it had to have a button or lever that set it off once you let go (as opposed to a switch that you just flick)
2. it needed a delay between letting go of the button and the siren going off.
3. the container it was in had to be relatively small and cylindrical (so it could be rolled)
and last of all it needed an led (just to make it look cool).

So this is what i came up with.

Do you have a schematic for your time delay circuit? or some more detailed instructions for it?

If you want to remove the sharpie, color over it with a dry erase marker and then wipe the writing off with a dry cloth, followed up by a scrubbing with a wet paper towel.
