This is called a "chiffonade" cut. It works with all leafy greens and it will make your food look better in an instant.
Step 1: Get Greens and Wash Them
After washing them, place them on the cutting board.
Step 2: Stack Them on Top of Each Other
Make sure they're facing the same way.
Step 3: Roll Up Leaves
Roll all the way from bottom to top
Step 4: Get Ready to Cut
Hold the roll down and get ready to cut.
Watch your fingers.
Step 5: Cut Very Thinly
Make sure to cut all the way through.
