after making this,https://www.instructables.com/id/K-nex-Shield/ , then modding it with this ,https://www.instructables.com/id/claw-mod-for-buckler-sheild/ , i figured out it sucked, i added alot of upgrades and made this:

more comfortable
dose'nt hurt your hand
does more damage
take more damage
stronger shield
longer claws
stronger claw
