Step 1: Step 1
You will need: an old hat, ribbons,stick glue,& tape.
Step 2: Step 2
dig through your closet & find an old hat you don't wear anymore.
Step 3: Step 3
Cut up the ribbon and glue it to the bill of the hat. Then take another piece of ribbon and make it into a bow. Once made into a bow tape it to the hat as wanted.
Step 4: Step 4
enjoy your hat!!!!!
