Step 4: Wrinkled and Dry

    Never thought of using coffee as a dessicant! Does the coffee leech any flavouring into or out of the fruit?

    I'm sure the author is doing the best he can. English may not be his native tongue. Instructables is a global community, you can't expect everyone to speak perfect English.
