Introduction: Paper Towel Rope

in this instructable i will show you how to make a rope out of paper towels

Step 1: Twisting

first, you gat about a 2 foot section of rope( half of it is the length of your rope) and get the rop wet by drying wet hands on it. Then, you twist the rop from 1 end to the other.

Step 2: Braiding It

bite the rope in the center and bring both ends in front of you. then start twisting both ends of the rope in the direction that you twist in the begining( if you twisted to the right then twist this part to the right and visa versa if you twisted to the left)

Step 3: Finishing the Rope

After you start twisting you should start to twist the two strands together and (they will eventually come together) and then the strand wont come undone (if you did it right) and you have a small rope!!!!!!

    ILF,

This Instructable has a lot of promise, but ...

    • Could you do a version that ends up with more than a few inches of "rope"?
    • Could you include photographs to accompany the diagrams?
    • Could you check your spelling and grammar? If English is your second language, PM me, and I will be happy to help you out.

You can do this with anything... not just paper towel. I was going to make an instructable on this, but...

It may have tripped the automatic filter, especially if it is short, lacks photos, or includes a dodgy word in the title. I've been caught by all three - give it a day or so for The Management to check the filters before you panic.
