hello and wlecome to my first contrabution ive found this used in my school and ive perfected it this thing shoot far and fast and although it might be paper it has left welts and bruises it also has cut me on the arm ill only teach u the basics now later i will get deaper into it.

Step 1: The Supplies

you will need an office rubber band and sum lined paper bot the cheap rubber bands that are like 2 dollars a bag im talking the good office ones and youre tongue but everyone has one so.... lol

Step 2: The Rubber Band

its streatchy it snaps and it has created some intresting object like this anyway.

1.take the ruber band and cut it yes CUT it now make knots on each sides enough to make lil slots to insert youre fingers not enough to cut of blood circulation though and make sure the know is tight

Step 3: The Paper

yes paper it is cheap and very usefull take some lined paper and fold the end to the red line then use youe tongue and lick it all te way down like a letter than rip it all the wa now take the paper and fold it to the end the double fold it to were its thick now fold it by the ends to make it look like an arc as youre doing so feel the end as how hard it is.

Step 4: FIREING!!!

yay so many simple steps!!!
ok now put the rubber band on youre index finger and thumb in the lil slots NOT ON UR INDEX AND MIDDLE FINGER THAT IS THE WRONG WAY!!!! anyway put the bullet on the middle pull it back aim and let go it is very acurate and can leave welts from medium distances good for creating mayhem on the bus >:)

Step 5: Ending and Warning

as much fun as it seems and so on these tihngs rnt toys and can be taken as weapons if cuaght be carefull with using them these leave welts and brusises that can last up to a dya more iea and stuff to come and i know more tihngs to shoot to i just want to see what u guys tihnk first >:)

Step 6: Ending

now look although paper this baby can leave welts and sting like fuck it has good accuracy i have nailed someone under the ubd in the leg and it left a huge welt.dont aim for the head as much how it seems so fun to nail someone in the forhead as i did once ok screw it lol shoot them in the head just not the eyes lol anyway more updates to come and more ideas to come ive got mor then paper u can shoot but i want to see what u guys think first.
