This is a 20x30" rug made with an old, traditional technique called "rug-punching". It is designed to look like the shield Link carries in the art for Zelda: Link to the Past and is super plush, like a thick shag carpet!
All you need is a rug punch tool, cotton fabric, and some yarn in various colors... and then just keep punching yarn loops through the fabic! I screwed up and didn't make this a step-by-step, so here's a link to my real tutorial: https://www.instructables.com/id/How-to-Rug-PunchHook/
