Are you wanting to eat healthy for the new year but just can't find yourself to eat all that fruit everyday? Well this is a healthy alternative that everyone will enjoy! This is smoothie is very easy to make and it is absolutely delicious!
The ingredients you need are...
-lemonade of your choice (I used pink)
-3 frozen strawberries
-ice (crushed or cubed)
-Blender or hand blender

Step 1: Mixin' It Up
First what you need to do is mix 1 cup of ice with 2/3 to 1 cup of lemonade of your choice, blend together.
Then after you blend together the lemonade of your choice add 3 frozen strawberries, blend together.
After you have completed this you may add any other fruit of your choice and try to experiment with your own recipe's, but if you just want delicious strawbuuury smoothie this is all you need to do!
Step 2: Icy Treats
If you do not prefer to drink the smoothie and you would like something cold and healthy for you all you have to do is make the strawbuury smoothie and put it in an ice tray, place in the freezer for an hour to an hour and a half and you have wonderful treats that everyone will enjoy!
