how to create it-
first, put the paper horizontally.
then fold the paper so that there are 4 folds parallel to each other[horizontally]. unfold 
fold the right corner to the nearest fold line. repeat with opposite corner.
now, fold the corners again till the middle fold.
fold the tip a little below the previous repeat step 4.
fold the plane in half, length wise.
fold the wings. as shown in the picture
fold two winglets.
the plane, if stable, should fly for average 2-40 metres
throw at a moderate or semi-fast speed at 45 degrees-55 degrees angle. then it should glide about 10- (maybe) 90 meters
