step 1:click filter the click glamour glow
step 2: use the smudge tool at a small size and smudge a tooth to make the tooth look longer and fix up the smudged tooth by using the paint brush size 5 white
step 3: use the paint brush size 20 red to make blood on tooth and chin
step 4: use paint brush size 15 to paint face white and use blur size 20 to blur the white paint on face a bit
step 5: use paint brush size 15 to make eyes red and touch up blood a little bit
step 6: use paint brush size 70 black and colour over background to make it have a foggy look
step 7: use sponge brush 25 mode saturate and go over some of the blood to make it look brighter
