This is a tape dispenser catapult. 

Step 1: What You Need

what you need
a tape dispenser
a spoon 
a rubber band 

Step 2: Tape Dispenser

take out the tape roll and the tape . Then take the tape roll of the black thing    

Step 3: Spoon

tape the spoon on the black thing . 
and put the spoon and the black thing in the tape dispenser 

Step 4: Rubber Band

tape the rubber band on the top of the tape dispenser 
then on the spoon

Step 5: How to Fire

pull back the spoon put projectile  in the spoon and let go .
