This is kenkaniff's Bare Bones Folding Rack. I will show you how to add wheels to it without destroying it's special ability to fold.

This sort of destroys the point of the item that it is supposed to be modding.
It has a bit of potential for being a roller suitcase's base, but it still seems too bulky for being a folding rack. 3/5

If you have an entertainment center, you can push and pull it easier. It helps to store remotes and controllers easier.
