Step 1: You Will Need........♥♥♥♥♥♥♥★★★★★◆◆◆◆

tissue, any kind of lollipop, thin ribbon(9")or rubber band, marker

Step 2:

Grab your tissue and your lollipop and wrap the tissue around your lollipop

Step 3:

Next grab your thin ribbon or rubber band and start tying it around the tissue to make it secure

Step 4:

Grab your marker and start doing the eyes

Step 5:

Enjoy you have your ghost lollipop!
