Easy and Cheap PCB Milling
Excellent innovation and reuse of parts! I shall be incorporating some of your ideas into my own CNC router, which is primarily for producing PCBs as routing seems to be the most cost effective and reliable way to produce them. My only reservation is the noise as I live in a flat, so I am looking at way to minimise that and had to laugh at your solution (go to another room) and wish it were an option for me. Thanks for taking the time to post all of this.
Excellent informative stuff. I shall begin experimenting and hopefully end up with a working charger..Thanks for taking the time to share your good work.

I was wondering when someone was going to mention this as it seems many people I've met don't realise that there is a significant difference. It is probably the cause of a large proportion of the problems. Your point is highly relevant as most wood screws today are pozidrive and I regularly come across people who don't appreciate the difference. Whatever the head type useing the correct bit is always important as you say and can't be over emphasised
