A few questions:1. Are thosemjumbo ormTexas size muffin tins? What is the diameter?2. Approximately how much meat by weight do you grind/chop for the 6 muffin batch shown?3. A couple of recipes I have seen add chopped bacon to the mix, no way can I leave it out!

Does the pulp plug up your spigot when you go to drain it?
i've made several batches of ginger beer this summer using similar recipes. My understanding is that fermentation will stop when all of the sugars have been consumed or if you refrigrate it.
Unfortunately I believe most municipal water supplies use chloramines which cannot be disspated by boiling. I would use spring water or well water.
would elderflower combine well with pineapple?
Is this a tried and tested recipe? The instructions make it sound like the writer is trying it out for the first time..,not sure I want to waste time and ingredients on untested.p methods.
