The games shown are Betrayal at House on the Hill, and Dungeons & Dragons using Roll20 / Arkenforge with some 3D printed and Gloomhaven miniatures
Nothing as of yet. The top of the screen does get warm to the touch, but nothing I would consider problematic as of yet, and we've had some long sessions.When I see TVs like these being mounted out doors in hot climates, or the big high resolution touch screens that are going in some cars, I get the impression that todays electronics can withstand a lot more heat than we realize. Granted, some may be specifically designed to withstand heat more so than this TV, its just not something I'm _super_ worried about right now.
