Great instructable, thanks for these detailed instructions and tips. I intent to do almost the exact same thing with a big table I have in my room, so I think this instructable will be consulted frequently ;-).Thanks again!
Great project, I really like it ! But the end result depends strongly on the set lenses you were able to find. Do you have some more info about where to get a set of lenses like that?
One of the best instructable I've ever seen. All steps to build a drone from scratch. I always wanted to build one, now I might actualy can make it happen! Thanks!
The result looks very nice! The problem with many projects these days is the 'excessive' use of 3D printers. Without it, many nice projects can not be done.
I love Borderlands and your creation. Sadly for me, I do not have most of the tools you are using. So making one of my own would be a lot more difficult. But I like your instrucatble and the end result. Compliments!
True, but you cannot do animations. The whole strip will light up at once. With pixels you can make motions, different colors begin and end of the strip, etc.
I allready looked around but the one you used is, with the many light sabres, space- and lightstripes, one of the most suitables (and of course very epic ;-). The Guardians of the Galaxy (vol 2) is also very suitable: http://www.allposters.nl/-sp/Guardians-Of-The-Galaxy-Vol-2-One-Sheet-Poster_i15092996_.htmI have to make a desision, but I will let you know.
Hi Steve, the Arduino is already part of most of my projects, so that part is covered ;-) Your project gave me a brand new idea. I would realy love to have a poster like that on my wall too, so thanks again!
I really like this project and my compliments for your detailed instructions. On my to-do list for sure! Thank you, Steve!

It looks great, so you certainly do not have to be bored to make this. Besides, apparently you read the instructable. Was that because you thought it was interresting @inconceivable1?
Nice application for the 9250 but I'm also curious about the accuracy. Do you have any meaurements done?
This is an amazing design. I was watching the video, saying "wow!" and figuring out how these movements were made. Very impressive!
