  • Make an Inexpensive Lithium-Ion Battery Pack

You can test the battery capacities with a relatively cheap tester . Once you know the cell capacities you can use the http://repackr.com/ program to group your cells in a somewhat even group by capacity. https://www.ebay.com/itm/18650-Li-ion-Lithium-Lead-acid-Battery-Capacity-Meter-Discharge-Tester-Analyzer/272563711537?epid=581445473&hash=item3f76102e31:g:N1QAAOSw5IJWg~~~

  • Easy Free Thermistor From Dead Lithium Batteries

    Test: Flat Lid over water brought to boil. Attempted Reading from within Box Freezer but Thermometer Batteries Pooped out. House Hold Digital Thermometer In F. Resistance Readings taken with Chines DIY M12864 Graphics Version Transistor Tester Kit LCR ESR . Eaa! It Works ! Readings seem some what Leaner with exception of some Anomalies. Temp F/ K Ohms49 = 11.2791 = 4.3892 = 4.4493 = 4.2495 = 4.1196 = 4.0497 = 3.91100 = 3.87101 = 3.73103 = 3.97104 = 3.72105 = 3.74107 = 3.29108 = 3.04109 = 2.97110 = 2.85117 = 2.45121 = 2.23132 = 1.84140 = 1.69144 = 1.69145= 1.58212F = 1.13

  • The Easiest Arduino High Altitude Balloon Data Logger

You couls incorporate a single axis Gyro. That could help with the camera spin thing.

With the given situation the fix may be as simple as spinning up a flat DC motor only using the Gyroscopic effect of the Armature. Source: http://www.directindustry.com/prod/pinted-motor-works/product-14033-1082261.html#product-item_483458Jim

You could incorporate a single axis gyro. That would do away with the Camera Spin to the most parts.
