    When if you have used the correct mesh, and fitted it between the grill opening it should bend to conform with the shape of the bumper as the grill is slightly wider than the opening. Kind of hard to explain but if you look through the photos you should be able to work it out.

    Hi Zac. Tinted headlight covers are super easy to DIY. Buy a pair of genuine Ford headlight protectors and a can of VHT Nite-Shades. Before you paint use some prepsol or wax and grease remover on a clean cloth to clean the inside face of your protectors. Put your Nite-Shades in a shallow (filled to half the height of the can) bucket of warm water, this thins out the paint a little more and is much easier to apply. Shake well and apply 3 light coats to the inside face of the protectors allowing a few minutes to dry between coats. As you are painting straight onto a unprimed plastic surface it is difficult to do a perfect job, but as long as your coats are even it will look fine on the car.Good luck mate ✌
