Actually you can't connect 4 at once on Mega as it has only two SPI on a single board. actually i'm not sure 3 or 2 SPI in Mega search for SPI on MEGA hope it helps sorry for late response

sure it will but not all the arduino boards support multiple RFID reader. RFID reader uses master slave connection so if an arduino board have 1 master and 2 slave ability you can connect 2 Reader at a same time. for example with arduino mega you can connect up to 4 RFID but in arduino uno only one is possible.

the number of values send from arduino and number of variables in processing must be same in count..for exampleif you are sending a single value like 12 the array in processing should be a[0], if the values are 12,43 the array declared should be a[1] that is you must use all the array space you declared.

65 is a mapped buffer value dude you have to convert it to temperature....

use processing IDE 2.2.1 it will work perfectly...

No you can't if you change the pin numbers RFID will not work as it needs master slave connection....

Actually the range that you mean, it doesn't depend on the code. it only depends on the hardware you use. try suitable module other than RFID-RC522 if any available in the market...

Both NFC and ID cards works fine for me... what range did you mean brother tag ID value ?? if yes try changing loop value as for(int i=0;i<10;i++) instead of i<5 . . .
