SO COOL! I just started playing banjo and have a bunch of silverplate trays hanging around. If I thought for one minute I could make a neck, I'd be trying to make a bano RIGHT NOW. VERY VERY nice instructable!
You obviously did not understand my comment. I was asking how it could be made to fit the constraints in which we live. I made NO comment about the project itself. It just doesn't work for my situation and I was trying to find a way to make it work. Next time, please READ the comment before you make one.
why are you discussing politics in a shed building Instructable? A little off subject, wouldn't you say?
The building code here limits sheds to 10x10 before it needs a permit. What would i need to do to shrink it?
very cool. I wish I could solder well enough to make one.

That looks SOOOO creepy!! I have to show this to the kids.
Next Steps for Photography
I know the stuff now that you described it. I call it particleboard.
What is MDF?
We have computers at both ends of the house and the wifi router is in the middle. Can we point one antenna in one direction and the other in the other direction?
I was fooled with the silicone "water" also. Good project! I hope you sold it and made some money!
I love ciphers. Thanks!
I have a set of bluetooth earbuds that I hate and a set of wired over the ear headset that I love. Can I rip the guts out of the earbuds and use them to wire the over the ear? These are not heavy duty Beats just cheapies I picked up at the "Just Over a Dollar" store, so if they get screwed up I don't care. What do you all think?
I have an outside mailbox that I lost the duplicate key. My husband a new key for the mailbox. So there are occasional uses for a home made key.
Thanks for the tip! I'll try it on my next project!
OOOH I just love making jewelry from found items!!!! I've used c-clamps for stone bails but never thought about using knock outs as bezels! Great idea.
Great tutorial! I've never had a problem doing the first bead. It's the last one on the string that has always been difficult. How do you keep the string so there isn't a huge gap between the last bead and the crimp tube?
you mentioned clear coating it. What do you recommend for a clear coat?
I'm a fledgling jewelry designer and am totally inspired.
What a cool idea! It looks like something even a ten thumb person like me should be able to do. I already have a projector, it will be nice to have a screen to go with it so I can stop taking the pictures down from my walls every time I want to use it! Looks like I have a project for this weekend - no, it looks like HUBBY has a project for the weekend. :)
If you are giong ot make PVC furniture (cat hammocks, tables, etc.) why not make them pretty? Faux bamboo looks a lot better than schedule 40 pipe.
For years I have been keeping old soap shards to put in net bags and reuse. I've never caught anything from the old soap, but then I don't eat them either. Never thought of using a sock, however. Good idea and CHEAP.
I just use a foam beer koozie and pull it over the lens. Works great and takes no effort.
Thanks. Finally something a beginner like me can attempt! I'll let you know if I burn down my house. :)
