My philosophy is to live luminously. I'm just an ordinary girl who loves eating and cooking vegan food. All my recipes are original - sculpted from hours of experimentation, blood, sweat, tears, passion and lurve. Being gluten intolerant has made me more determined to find ways of making food without being limited. I love putting food on the table that's healthy yet easy on the tastebuds.
