Did i miss the ingredient list? I'd like to make this but i don't see a list of ingredients and amounts

Well, darnit. I made it, but forgot to take a picture of it. But it was stupendous!! My while family just loved it. Thanks for this recipe... I love slow cooker stuff!!

I am going to make this tomorrow night and can't wait! Would you please clarify: is the rice regular or instant? Also, may i use frozen diced carrots instead of fresh?

What a wonderful idea! Your tutorial is great, very basic and yet detailed for those of us who *ahem* aren't so great at crafting but are trying really hard :-) I can't wait to do this! Your Mum did this so well, too. I can only hope mine looks as good as hers! I voted for you :-)
