Thanks for your response and obviously for the great tutorial. Actually, I experimented with this for quite a long time, even before found your Indestructible. Learnt why PWM will not work, why Zero crossing detection is a per-requisite and so on. But, this indestructible have all the technical insights in a single place, served in a very useful manner.BTW, here is my first built board with 5v realys for light bulb control. Triac was used BT136-600E, sensitive gate version of BT136, therefore limiting the gate triggering current.
