Thanks for the recipe!I made it with everything listed except I substituted the liquid smoke with Worcestershire sauce. For my jerky meat I use bottom round and marinate for ~1.5 days, then pat dry and dehydrate for 4-6 hours. I did 6ish this time and it turned out a little dry.Everyone that tried it liked it, but very few actually tasted the coffee flavor (maybe they have bad taste buds haha). It really does depend on the rub for that bitter coffee flavor.A final note, I think the acidic coffee really tenderizes the meat better than most marinades. I will be using it as my acidic ingredient in the future!Cheers,Clay
