many people planting flowers to help keep the bee populations going forget bees like a drink, so something shallow with sloping sides and bumps etc is a great help. looking at your bee's and the frogs "Scale" they are probably not large enough to eat a bee (and I'd think would avoid because of the stings).. so should IMHO work well, in the summers (not that great here in the UK) I often have bees (and other insects) landing on the lily pads of my pond to take a drink, and I put a little sugared water in a shallow bowl full of marbles so they can safely drink with reduced risk of drowning.. not quite as aesthetic as your designs, but works well enough for now! :-)
Absolutely fantastic, not just the design which is too, but also doing this for an animal 99% of people would have just PTS.. this is an inspiration, (from one animal helper to another).
I like the idea's of this, but I get claustrophobic, so I am asking, is the bed raised just to put storage under? or is there another reason the beds are always so high (near the roof lining) in these builds.. this is NOT a criticism, just an open question..

sorry for the probably daft question, but what is Aluminuim Z (I assume its the channel shape, but I have never heard of it, so want to check I am thinking along the correct lines).. question aside, nice job, does it make life easier to find tools, or is it pure cosmetics?

nice, and if you ever find you need to reinforce it (I worry about flex when using this kind of pvc tubes for anything that needs to be stable), rebar will fit inside the tubes.. I like the fact a few tubes changed and it can be ultimately adjusted! :-)

hi, first off, nice one, I have been considering making a similar rough terrain electric vehicle, and was considering Lipo batteries, so I thought I'd ask why you chose lead acid?

I thought there was a "be nice" in your feedback requirement on here.. I did a similar "play" with a ring light by wrapping led (soft white) xmas lights around a small "hulahoop" and shooting through it with a short (13mm) lens.. it worked for what I and the client wanted.. and I got the images required, and both myself and the client were very happy, yes, there are always other ways of doing things, but just because its not the same as "most" people do it, does not make it a bad idea.. can it be improved.. probably, but again, that's for the designer to resolve.. btw I do have proper light rings too, but sometimes you want to stand out from the "crowd" who do it the "normal" way! Also, a rectangle light would change the ...
