Thanks! She ended up winning 2nd place at her work costume contest. This picture really doesn't show all that went into the costume but I am sure you get the idea. She has buttons and badges all over her suspenders and a black, red, and white tutu that was made just for this. It is what I could swipe from elsewhere that I feel she wouldn't be too embarrassed about since she is not a public person.
I do it for the excitement and the joy of others. I rarely get to dress up or make things for myself since I am usually down to the wire helping others execute their visions and dreams. Last night I was up late designing, 3d printing, and blinging out costume accessories for my wife's "nerd" persona. Unfortunately I do not have any final pictures since it was all down to the wire for her to be able to dress up at work today. So nerdy was her outfit with suspenders that when she went to go sit down she split her pants and had to go run and get another pair. Hearing the stories and laughing together makes it so worth it.

You will always have play in the bearings if you have locking or not. Locking will just stop it from rolling and not jittering. The only way to have wheels without having rocking due to them is to have totally retractable wheels that can be lowered or raised. These are usually side mounted instead of being under mounted. Of course any potential issues will always be based on your 3D printer design for what the moving masses are as well as the printing speeds. I myself just use rubber door stop wedges when I want it to totally stay in place. I have plans to 3D print wedges that look like a ran over Cyberman.
Does not always have to be Doctor Who themed. I got some friends who now want to do classic video game themed ones. It is just a base idea you can build off of and it just happened to be the TARDIS in my case.
Everyone has the chance to be creative and add their own spin once the seeds are planted and given encuragement to grow.
I am glad you liked it and thanks for the vote! I always try to support places that do good as well as offer up cool finds for projects.
