In the IDE select "Tools -> Flash Size -> 4M (1M SPIFFS)", rebuild and try again
Probably you selected the wrong flash organisation. You can recognise this on the serial output "Failed to mount FS".In this case select under "Tools" -> "Flash Size 4M (1M SPIFFS)" and try again.https://github.com/hwiguna/HariFun_166_Morphing_Clock/issues/6

Hi Burkhard, because I doesn't own an ESP32 (it is on the way from China) I didn't tested ,,this fork with an ESP32. It seams that there are a lot of libraries have to be changed. So at the moment this fork only works for an ESP8266.Sorry and be Patient, please. I'll search and include the libraries for ESP32 as fast as possible.
