Love the instructable, very well made. I do want to point out that its nearly sacrilege to even mention the thought of frying a pierogi. In addition, wife's tale or not, you should do everything up until the boiling by hand, it makes them taste better.
Knowing how to distill water at home might be nearly worthless but knowing how to distill liquids in general is much more useful *cough* home brew *cough* vodka *cough*
Plot a Hike on Google Earth
I'm about to go on a big hiking trip with my friends in Switzerland and my god is this going to be cool afterwards.
So.... Random Thought...If I added a sub-system to this that could be activated and deactivated (by a switch or remote or something) and I placed a small amount of explosives under one stair....Basically a disguised tripwire system to disable home intruders. And then I add a landline, that only calls 911, at the bottom of the stairs for the intruder to call an ambulance in the event that I'm not home.Is this morally acceptable and does anyone else like the idea?
It has a clear frame on it that appears to be at the same level as the hand railing. The "invisible" part is when it folds away and blends into the surrounding wall.
true but to explain a bit more the main reason NASA doesn't use pencils in space is because the graphite particles conduct electricity very well and can start fires when coming in contact with electrical components. Any astronaut's worst nightmare is to have a fire in a closed, oxygen rich environmet.
Not sure if I understand this right but it would be the fake wood 2x4 things right? If so I've just removed the piece(s) and replaced it with a new one from a hardware store.
Bilbo Baggins Pipe
Yeah.. I was looking for this too. Just to confirm the inox is just to connect them and I could use a subsitute?
I would but I don't want to go out and buy something. I've already got everything for this and the sealants i found with the exception of beeswax.
As far as the oil goes I don't have any polishing oil or stain. Are there common substitutes like peanut oil or something of the sort?
Just did some research on this and I'll update you on how it works for me. Here are three common methods:3 part olive oil to 1 part beeswax,3 part canola oil to 1 part vinegar (I believe white),and Pure coconut oil (cold in its white solid state)
