Not yet. I help a buddy with his A/C business part time and he is slammed this year. All of my projects are on hold right now. As soon as I figure out the audio part, I'll probably post an instructable linked to this one on how to do it. I'm still learning CircuitPython, so it may be a little while. lol
I built it and am using it on one of my big robots. Still figuring out the coding to have the mouth sync with speech from the raspberry pi.
I've only had my printer for a short time, and I'm getting better, but I have no idea what layer thickness to print this at. Any suggestions?

Yep, exactly how I would do it, but my coding would probably be a kludge. Lol it's not my strong point. I can build it, but never have been a great coder.
The driven motors shouldn't be an issue, but if they are, you might have to go with individual motor controllers and pwm to get each wheel to the proper speed. The math will be a little hard, but you only have to do it once.
