Fantastic idea. love the colors and construction. Could see this model used to make other masks as well! (might have to give it a try)btw, your cut accuracy is amazing. your curves and straight edges are fantastically done.

Awesome work. loving the white. been looking on doing some concrete work, just not sure if I'm ready to pull the trigger on it yet. However I did talk to a guy who used rigid foam insulation board (pink foam stuff from homedepot) to make the mold sides. So instead of cutting the melamine, he cut the foam board to make the sides and simply hot glued it down onto the full sheet of melamine, with bracing of course. Just a thought in case you want to save on cutting and re-use the melamine for various projects.

Thanks!Ya, I think adding Max will help with the whole Grinch theme. Although I'm not sure what I could add after that. Maybe a gigantic sled on the roof? haha

Thanks! I added the AutoCAD file into the Instructable. You'll have to figure out the best way for you to print it yourself though.

Thanks! ya it was feeling rather redundant after a while, cutting out the same shape(s) at least once on paper then multiple times on the plywood......
