Thanks for responding to the fix for the order. I have been trying to keep the wifi manager up to date. Is it broken? Did the capacitor fix things?
I don't have an image file. Load up a generic raspberry pi, and you should be able to download/checkout the copy from github and it should work. There is a piinstall script that should pull in the libraries you need. and you need to copy sample-config.py to config.py

I loaded the latest https://github.com/me-no-dev/ESPAsyncWebServer and it seemed to break mine as well. Lots of 404 errors. I updated one line of code in my repo, and pushed it: https://github.com/alanswx/WebPixelFrame/commit/a3...Try a git pull and see if that fixed things. Let me know! Thanks!
I bet the ESPAsync library changed.. I will try to update everything from scratch, rebuild and test. Not sure when I will get to it... In a few days.
I think you may have missed:"The SPIFFS file system can be built from the data directory in the github repository. Install this tool - SPIFFS file uploader to upload the data directory to the board" - once you install the tool you need to run the "ESP8266 Sketch Data Upload" in the tools menu. This will upload the SPIFFS image.
I think you need to build piskel. That will create the prod directory.
Did you checkout the piskel repo that is a submodule? Make sure to change the IP address in the upload script. Also, make sure line 4 of the shell script worked. Sorry the upload script is a bit cludgy.
I haven't built the project in a while. It is possible that the esp8266 toolchain has advanced. What is the exact problem you are having? What parts and pieces are you using? I can try to update the github.

I am glad you liked the velum. I had a few pieces of white acrylic that I wasn't happy with.. I kept putting a paper towel over my first design, and it looked better than all the complicated things I was doing. The idea comes from the GameFrame: https://ledseq.com/product/game-frame/ Post some pictures of your design!
