It's done and working!!! We are so appreciative for sharing your design and for you help along the way! We left out the curled pieces of metal and found that the screw heads covered with some copper tape did the trick. They also used conductive paint on the back of the selector instead of the metal piece.
Almost done! Garage band is now recognizing the chords. Now working on getting the keyboard to play them.
Got the AStar accepting example files from Arduino. We have installed the MUSE-master library. When uploading the code, we get an error that it is looking for MIDIUSB.h. We don't see that in the MUSE-master library. Thoughts? We are SO close, all hardware is set up and ready to go! :) Thank you!

We are getting there! Laser cuts are done and getting ready to wire. A few questions: 1: You have a photo of a circular piece of sheet metal with a hole in it, but we don't see that in the photos of the finished product or mentioned in the assembly directions. Is it needed? 2. At the end of the post, you mention a link to schematics, but we can't find schematics on the GitHub link. Is that something you can post separately? Thank you! We will definitely share our finished project.
