Pixar would be very evil if they even thought about taking a DCMA action over this. Besides, the pedia isn't making any income from the use of the copyrighted material, but rather from the practice of medicine. Also, its presence in the clinic doesn't in anyway impair in any potential profits Pixar can gain from the material. It may even help promote Big Hero 6 for them.
Ube is a perennial plant, but the Philippine's Department of Agriculture has identified the best time for harvest is late November to early January.I'm not sure how much ube gets exported to the U.S. in raw form, as I heard it can be quite invasive as a plant species. From what I understand, it's most likely going to be exported in processed/cooked form, called halaya (which contains condensed milk, margarine, and maybe coconut milk). That's probably the paste you find often.
I have seen the use of an English Wheel to make these complex curved metal sheets for chopper parts in American Choppers so many times. I have always wondered about an alternative way of doing those if you don't have access to such a tool. This is great!
I love this! Here in the Philippines, the local ice cream - know as sorbetes - uses coconut milk. And they come in flavors such as cheese and ube.

I think the ingredients list is correct, as it say "1 1/2 C warm water + 1 tbsp water". My guess is you use only 1/2 C warm water to activate the yeast, then use the remainder when you add the salt and flour.

So I built the circuit on a breadboard for now. Not really thinking of making the night light, but might do so in the future.
This was fun!
For our compatriots abroad who can't find that specific stew mix, it has been claimed that peanut butter is an acceptable alternative. But if you really wanna go hard core old school, use toasted ground peanuts.

Stripped a vibration motor from an old PS controller that we had lying around. I knew I'd find something to do with it one day.
They didn't have any logartihmic potentiometers at the local electronics stores, so got stuck with linear.
I quickly (as in 3-4 hours quickly) banged together a box and swing arm for this project. Made a mistake in the shape of the swing arm, which in turn lead to a mistake in the placement of the toggle switch. Hence the extra hole. Anyway, a new swing arm fixed things and got it working.
I quickly (as in 3 hours quickly) banged together a wooden box and swing arm to attach to the servo for this project. Made a mistake with the way the swing arm was shaped, which resulted in a mistake in the placement of the toggle switch. Anyways, that one resulted in the swing arm falling on top of the toggle switch instead of throwing it. A new swing arm and relocation of the toggle switch fixed things.
So I was getting to the end of my budget for parts after purchasing a majority of those listed in Lesson 2. Which is why I grabbed what I parts I could find that were just lying around. I hope this is okay.P.S.: I added a switch so it won't arc when I plug/unplug it.
