This won't help add more cup holders but may be helpful for those with older vehicles. I modified my cup holders in my '94 Suburban (they were made for some seriously super small cups.)I purchased 4"-3" plumbing slip fittings. Inserted into the ridiculously small cup holders and this allowed water bottles, and large to extra large fast food cups to fit nicely with added height & width very securely. It wasn't the most attractive modification but it surely worked.
Your end results are beautiful! If you ever feel up to making more mistakes I'd love one too!!You could sell these in boutiques for a FORTUNE
