  • there are maaany kinds of banana in Indonesia. If you only have Cavendish (like me now in Nederland), you also can use it. But due to my experience it will good to be eaten within 1 hour after you cook because it is still hot/warm. This kind of banana is not good for reheat. I hope it helps.
