    A Best kept secret to Losing weight

    I have been on intermittent fasting for more than 1 year and a half now. It did miracles on me. No diet worked for more than 15 days for me, and a life without carbs is just not worth living... With intermittent fasting I lost more than 15 kilos in a relatively short time and now I am keeping my results with smaller effort than a real diet. At first I started with a 1 day fast 1 day eat for one month to get better results. Then I started to slow down to 1 day fast 2 days eat, and still I was loosing weight quickly. Then 1 day fast 3 days eat and still I was looking weight!One good thing is that when you do intermittent fasting you become automatically more aware about food quality. You don't get contented of eating just anything when you break your fast. Slowly I got to 1 day fast and 6 days eat to keep my weight. I am lazy and I don't like to exercise much, but I do walk everyday. Occasionally when I notice that I exceeded with food (like on holidays) I eventually go back to 2 days fast per week. Try it yourself adjusting to your needs, and don't let the word FASTING scare you: it's easier than you think! It's way easier than a regular diet!
