I LOVE snowflake even in the middle of summer. I love them 24/7 365 days a year. However, I had forgotten how to make them from my days of being in school years ago {I'm 64 now}. I tried and tried and failed to make them. I've looked up how to make them over the years here and there and the instructions were more complicated than necessary or you had to sign your life away to get the instructions. These are instructions that are easily understandable. No templates or downloads needed and reminded me of the simplistic form used in school. Sort of like making one type cookie dough but get 12 different type cookies with it. Absolutely love this and you can be sure this old gal will be cutting snowflakes to her hearts content. Going to get and Exacto knife too for fine detailing too. Thanks s…

Someone commented to me about insurance companies having the high costs of medications, etc and NOT Big Pharmas. To a degree you are correct. Big Pharm slaps their price tag on it and of course, the insurance companies slap their price tag on it. Now think. Who is behind both of these? Investors, that's who and who are the biggest investors? Just like in oil Bush and others invested and even owned the wells. It's called free enterprise. My father- in- law as well as my brother-in-law were investors in Big Pharm and they became filthy rich because of it and they were just pee on's compared to the big investors who also happen to be corporate owners, the very same ones who support certain politicians. However, the main thing to remember with any weight loss is to use common sense first and …

I have asked my doctors to hook me up with a nutritionist repeatedly for the past 2 years. I still haven't gotten an appointment yet. It took me a while to get the message but when I did I wanted to cry. They just didn't care. Simple as that. My normal weight before my back crisis, ensuing depression and the medications for them as well as my epilepsy and high cholesterol took me from a nice curvy 145 lbs to 262 lbs and it wasn't because I had a love affair with my fridge. In actuality, I have received only the most mundane of treatments for my issues. No one has ever tried to cure the problem. That leaves only myself to glean out what will work for me. I am the only one who can help me because the professionals WON'T.

They just want us unhealthy because that brings in the "gold" for them.Let me say a word or many about doctors and dieting. They aren't interested in ANYONE being healthy. Why? Because they, the doctors, pharmaceutical companies, and the government can't make any money off healthy people. That's why it SO VERY IMPORTANT to do whatever you can, WISELY, to keep yourself healthy. Stay away from packaged foods, search out and find clean sources of food, grow and/or raise your own. Even rooftops, fences, your aquarium, containers-use your imagination- are all suitable for growing and doing this also helps drop your stress levels. Exercise to your capabilities. I get a total workou…

Hi. I just wanted to say thank you for the instructions. It all seems so easy when we want to do this and yet intimidating as well. Just the other day I got my jig saw. Now I need to get a scroll blade. I am a painter, carver, and sculpter so I've had some dealings with the art aspect. However, I have never used a jig saw in my life. Luckily, I know those who have so they can teach me the right way to use it. Like you do with your art I too have several steps to go through to achieve good looks and longevity. I call it layering. Each step is a layer to achieve a long lasting work of art. I often wondered how to make the yard art stand up and never thought of EMT conduit and small screws. I thought maybe the metal fencing posts, stakes attached to the bottom of the piece, or a lean to type…

Each step is a layer to achieve a long lasting work of art. I often wondered how to make the yard art stand up and never thought of EMT conduit and small screws. I thought maybe the metal fencing posts, stakes attached to the bottom of the piece, or a lean to type of thing weighed down with sand bags {I know, shabby}. The conduit is a great idea. I will start out simple but end up doing what I want most ~ a sleigh, a Santa, and 8 reindeer and then a flying witch. Again, my thanks and appreciation for sharing your knowledge
