Well, to some extent - I can get the leads only up to 48 mils thick and there seems to be no obvious way to resize connector pads for various components once they are laid out in the circuit. It may be my ignorance of Fritzing, but I found it easier to tweak in post-production.

Thanks! To be fair, I didn't think this up - when my motors failed to lift what they needed to, I found a discussion thread someplace implying the serial connection might help. It did, so I thought I'd write this up if anyone else finds themselves in the same pickle.
