Hey! Thanks a lot! Well i generally make it and start using and it lasts around 3 months and it's better if you keep it in refrigerator. I never tried storing it.
Hi Jason, You can replace lemon juice with vinegar and refrigerate it but I don't think this will last more than 3 months without preservatives. I can ask my mother, there is another recipe, which can make the pickle last for more than 6 months. And you can always dry the peppers! :D
