It was so much fun making this! Mostly because usually when I work with paper I want everything to be perfect-looking; this ended up horribly wrinkled and I love it! My edges ended up being almost too neat, even though I swear I did not used a blade or scissors to cut them. All the tears you see, the paper did by itself when I was crumpling it. It is awesome that if I ever decided to do another one, it would not look the same, even if I repeated the steps exactly. The wonders of crafting with paper :)
These look absolutely awesome!!
A couple of days' work, but so satisfying! I enjoyed the routine of rounding up the corners on the cards; I put some relaxing music and had a great time while doing it :)
I used the templates of the movie version, since I like them better. I made kind of a mage-crossover, using characters from other universes. If you are a comics fan you may recognize some of the names. I have often wondered what kind of recognition they would have within the HP world, or if they would be in Azkaban, LOL!
So much fun to make! I am still waiting for the mold to come in the mail to make the chocolate frogs :)
So fast and easy to do! All the info is made up :)
One of my favorites so far! I enjoyed making this :)
I had to print it twice because I messed it up the first time. And I watched carefully the video to make sure I was not altering the order of the pages only to realize (after mounting it) that they were numbered :D
I tried first an A4 version, but it did not come out well - misaligned pages, the grey box showing in the middle... So I went for the 11 x 17 inches version. Had it printed professionally for less than $2, and just the texture of the pages and the color of the graphics made it worth it. But I am in Europe, and the A3 print that I got had a bit of the graphics missing. You cannot tell if you have not seen the original files, but you can notice that the right side has a bit of the green frame missing. Not that it matters, I love how it came out! :)
This one was very easy and fast to do. They came out perfect! :)
I made it exactly as you instructed. The only thing that I changed was using double-sided tape in lieu of the glue stick - because I am an expert in getting glue everywhere and thus ruining my projects, LOL! Some of my pages ended up a tiny bit misaligned, but I have purchased real magazines that had that issue as well, so if it happens to professionals it can happen to me :)
The part I love the most is filling up the personal info :D
I was able to Photoshop the seal in front of my pic. It took a while but it was so worth it. Thank you for all your hard work :)
