I inherited a christmas cactus that is now almost 50 years old. My inlaws got it as a gift when it was a small plant many years ago. When they moved to an assisted living set up after selling their home they had transplanted it one time in all the years they had it and had it outside. When we moved it I had a large grow bag waiting and the plant was in a wooden cube planter that was falling apart, we just put it into the grow bag removing the sides of the original wooden planter and added soil to fill the new grow bag. I have now had the plant ten years and it blooms every Dec. This pic is a spring photo so no blooms. I never knew these could grow as large as this one had.
would be awesome for trailing plants as well, and tomato cages come in colors as well...great idea,
Besides polishing my shoes in much the same manner as you about with shoes where the leather is very stiff and needs breaking in without cracking I use Bag Balm and it gives a hell of a shine as well
