I've always been very creative and loved figuring things out for myself. My mom is also a very hands-on person and knows everything from laying tile to how to build a little house, so I learned a lot from her and am not afraid to dive into unknown territory. I especially love working with wood, sewing and I'll be trying myself at leather working soon. I wish I could go back in time to when handmade was everything anyone knew.
