How long did it take you to print the baffle? Thunderstorms make me wary of starting a print for 48+ hours. Anyway, nice project.
Error message when verifying. Where do I get this library that works? I found two at Github but they didn't work. This is the library "Accelerometer.h".\VizTimer-master\VizTimer\VizTimer.ino:2:27: fatal error: Accelerometer.h: No such file or directoryThanks
Thanks,13 hour print in progress. :) Thunder storm predicted. I hope the electricity doesn't fail.mo
In Setup there's this: Serial.begin(9600); So, when I click on the serial monitor I use 9600 and it works.
Thanks for your timely responses to my questions.
Is your .stl file for the case available?mo craft
Thanks. I must pay attention to detail. Working fine. Now to print a case.mo craft
Hari, I am not a coder. I can read some simple code and can determine what the author is doing. That said, I don't see or don't know where it does the math as far as subtracting or adding your time zone from or to the UTC server's current time to get your local time.. I too am in time zone -5 (DST) in Va. Beach, Va. So, when I enter -5 I still get UTC displayed. I have tried other time zones with the same results. I hope this helps.
It makes no difference what time zone I enter it always stay at UTC. Any idea what's happening? I am a ham radio operator and the UTC time is ok with me. However, I am going to make another clock for a friend who wants local time.Mo Craft
Went to another machine. Got the 192.168.4.1 page. Progress!
The pc used that compiled the sketch was a fairly new laptop. The Arduino IDE had very few additions on it like libraries and only one board URL listed in the preferences dropdown file whereas my daily use PC has 4 board url's on it and a bunch of Arduino libraries. There might have been some conflict. I am not sure. It may have been operator error. I went through your instructions one more time and it worked.
I made it. A cool Clock. Firing up the 3D printer to make a stand. Thanks Hari.
ok, I see the MorphClk WiFi, I click connect, the browser (Firefox) opens MSN.com. No password request option comes up. MorphClk WiFi drop down box says: No Internet, Open . My WiFi analyzer shows the MorphClk signal very strong. Device manager --USB-serial CH340 (com11) device working properly Here's a screen shot of the IDE Serial Monitor. First off is the error message "Failed to open config file". Where is the config file suppose to be located? Maybe my morphClk.ino is corrupted. After detecting double reset it goes into a loop that prints *WM: Request redirected to captive portal. See screen shot.It seems I am so close but no cigar. :( It would be cool just to run it off a RTC module. Thanks for your help.Mo Craft
I went to a clean computer and followed your instructions and was able to compile the sketch. After I finish the clock I am going to clean my other machines. Thanks for your reply.
Another great project. And a perfect example of why you should use the metric system. Makes the math easier. IMHO.

What about the .stl file for the case? Is it for sale or share?
Thanks for the post. Followed your detailed instructions with success. Now to find a suitable container. I'll be back to post a picture.12/02/2017
Make sure you have the right baud rate. 115200.
Thanks for this post. it's just what I'd been looking for that worked. Your instructions are clear and concise and did not send me to that :Error 404 place. By the way, it works better on a Pi 3.
