Hi James, there are several different case styles out there. The brown and beige one that I have pictured in the instructable is the easiest. Two clips near the handle can be levered with a screwdriver, then the casing can slide back. Thanks, I have now installed Fritzing. Just getting to grips with it.
Thanks for your comment. I forgot to mention to make sure you insulate the anode connections . (Cathodes don't matter) I will update the instructions. It was a bit of a rush to get it in the clock contest. I have installed Fritzing now, so next instructable will be fancy.
