use the av out cable from the snes (same from n64 and gamecube) and connect them to an a/v to hdmi converter.
couldn't you just leave the wii's disc drive in the console?
CaseBoy, you are right about sticking two batteries together and put foil on top is a quick fix, but It comes out real easy so you have to tape it to the controller and takes really long to change the batteries.
I improvised on mine and I added tape on the controller where the battery pack slides in and put tissue on the sides of it. Now it never comes out
Much more convenient than the last DIY battery pack I made.
