I'm a therapist but was mostly a line cook for a long time before retreating to cooler and less anxiety-producing jobs. I have B.A.s in Religion and Psychology, attended Culinary School in Portland, Oregon (W.C.I.) and have fiddled around in school while working mostly full time as a cook for the past 17 years. When not psychologizing, I try to take pictures and avoid doing laundry. Lately, I'm trying to learn how to sew. Slowly. Well, not sewing slowly but learning it slowly.
