In the 1960s and 70s I repaired mainframe computers. As a hobby, I built a personal PC in my garage, wire wrapping a few hundred pins in the process. In the 1980s I shifted my goal to one of self-employment and started repairing welders, plasma cutters, battery chargers, automotive jacks, and a plethora of other equipment. I was a service center for most. Today I spend my time with challenging personal projects.
